Prof. Dr. Matthias Reichenberger is a board-certified plastic and aesthetic surgeon with over 15 years of clinical experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He is the founder and medical director of The Q – Clinic for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery in Mannheim, Germany, and previously served as a senior consultant and leading surgeon at the ETHIANUM Clinic in Heidelberg, where he significantly contributed to establishing one of Germany’s leading centers for aesthetic surgery.

He holds an adjunct professorship at the Heidelberg University and has been actively involved in academic teaching, clinical research, and international collaboration. His main areas of expertise include aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, body contouring after massive weight loss, and advanced techniques in implant-based and autologous procedures.

Prof. Reichenberger is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and an active member of several professional societies, including ISAPS, DGPRÄC, and VDÄPC. His scientific work focuses on clinical outcomes, surgical techniques, and innovation in aesthetic breast surgery, including prospective multicenter studies.
