• The text of the abstract should be a maximum of 350 words and written in normal text, using Times 10-point. The paragraph should be fully justified.
• Please provide separate paragraphs for: introduction, material and methods, results and conclusion.
• The citation number of a bibliographical reference in text must be enclosed in square brackets, for example [1]. Maximum 5 citations should be enclosed. A list of the references should be given at the end of the paper.
• 2-3 Illustrations and or figures are allowed to support the abstract content.
• PDF format submission is required.
• Oral presentation - Each presentation will last for 10 minutes (8 minutes for the presentation + 2 minutes for a “question and answer session”).
• Poster presentation – more instructions about the poster presentation will be sent once the abstracts selection is over.
• Submission must be received no later than December 10, 2025 

The scientific committee will review all abstracts and select those to be presented during BOOBS II. You will be notified by email regarding your abstract status by December 15, 2025.

Those who submitted abstracts that are chosen to be presented will be expected to attend the conference to give their presentation. 

The Presentation will be given under the BOOBS abstract session during the second day Friday February 6, 2026. All participants presenting papers selected for an oral or a poster presentation will be required to pay registration fees (early rate).
